The safety of our clients and the public is of utmost importance to us and we want to ensure we provide an environment that is safe for everyone.
For our sellers and anyone considering selling:
We understand that having people in your home whether with their own agent, or through one of our open houses, can be concerning during this time. There are steps that can be taken to reduce the risk of transmission above and beyond additional cleaning and disinfection. We have guidelines in place we would be happy to go over with you. We will continue to extensively market your home to ensure the maximum exposure possible and we will not deviate from the exceptional marketing standard we provide. During the uncertainty of the virus please be aware that there could be limited traffic to a property and it may impact the market. We have yet to see this take place, but we are still in the infancy of the exposure to our areas.
For open houses:
We will be limiting the number of people through the home at any given time to a single group in order to try and eliminate transmission. This will also allow us to guide them through the home, open any doors/light switches and monitor surfaces being touched to be disinfected after.
We will provide a service through Facetime/Facebook Live to allow for potential buyers to have a guided virtual tour of the home and the ability to ask questions or focus on certain areas of interest without being present. Guided by an agent, this will assist those not able to leave their homes or not comfortable entering someone else’s during this time.
Please be respectful of other peoples homes if we are granted a visit. If you are feeling ill in anyway please let us know, it is best that we postpone until you are feeling better. Alternatively, we can visit the property on your behalf and connect on Facetime or another live digital video platform to show you the home and answer any questions you may have.
With historically low interest rates and there still being a high demand for homes, the market hasn’t stopped. There are still people buying, selling, building, and investing. While many have the ability to delay that decision until we are back to a normal state, for some that is not an option. It is our goal to ensure that we help those still needing real estate assistance and provide them with the safest possible means of doing so.
This is uncharted waters for everyone and we will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our clients and the public interacting with them. If you have any questions or ANYTHING we can help with during this time (except maybe for more toilet paper), please reach out to us and we would be glad to assist.
